All orders are processed within one to two business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Orders will be shipped standard UPS once processed. Please allow 1-7 business days for shipping.

Sorry, we can not ship to PO Box addresses (UPS will not ship to a PO Box)

Return Policy

Marlowe Candle Company wants you to be completely satisfied with our products. Should you receive your products damaged, please return for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Your purchase must be returned unused. Marlowe Candle Company will not provide a refund on used products. Credit will be posted to your credit card account upon our receipt and inspection of the product.

Please note, Marlowe Candle Company will not reimburse shipping charges incurred when returning a product. Please contact Customer Service for further questions or instructions on returning a product.
