Future renewals occur quarterly on January 1, April 1, July 1, and October 1. Members receive an email reminder before each renewal.

No. To prevent back-to-back charges, memberships started shortly before a quarterly renewal date may automatically skip that renewal cycle and begin recurring billing on the following quarterly schedule.
Yes. After joining, we’ll contact you to confirm your fragrance choice for your first shipment. Each quarter, we’ll email you with the upcoming Candle Club fragrance selections. If you’d prefer something different, simply reply to the email with your scent choices. You may also choose a standing fragrance that you’d like to receive each quarter.
