Shipping Information

At Marlowe Candle Company, every candle is hand-poured in small batches to ensure the highest quality.

Please allow up to 7 business days for order processing before shipment.

Additional shipping information:

  • We currently ship within the continental United States only.

  • Orders are shipped via UPS.

  • Shipments typically leave our workshop on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays.

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds on purchased merchandise.

Damaged Orders

We carefully package every order to ensure it arrives safely. If your order arrives damaged, please get in touch with us within 7 days of delivery so we can assist you.

When contacting us about a damaged shipment, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the damage

  • Photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging
